Let us be glad and rejoice and give Him glory, for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His wife has made herself ready.” And to her it was granted to be arrayed in fine linen, clean and bright, for the fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints. Then he said to me, “Write: ‘Blessed are those who are called to the marriage supper of the Lamb!’ ” And he said to me, “These are the true sayings of God.”  Revelation 19:7-9 NKJV

Imagine getting an invitation to the biggest celebration ever—no stress, no pain, no fear, just joy, music, and love. The Bible tells us such a day is coming. It is called the Marriage Supper of the Lamb. Jesus is the Lamb, and everyone who truly belongs to Him is invited.

The Bible says, “The marriage of the Lamb has come, and His wife has made herself ready” (Revelation 19:7). This tells us something important: being invited is not the same as being ready. God loves us, saves us, and calls us His own—but He also wants us to live like people who are preparing for something great.

The Bride in the Bible is dressed in clean, bright clothes. These clothes represent a life that reflects Jesus—choices, attitudes, and actions shaped by faith. We are not saved because we are perfect, but because Jesus gave His life for us. Still, our lives should show that we belong to Him (Ephesians 2:10).

Jesus often warned His followers to stay alert. He told stories about people who were distracted, sleepy, or careless while waiting. The message is clear: don’t live as if Jesus is not coming back. Don’t let sin, peer pressure, social media, or busyness dull your passion for God. Stay connected to Him through prayer, the Word, and obedience.

The Marriage Supper of the Lamb reminds us that our faith is going somewhere. Following Jesus is not just about today—it’s about eternity. One day, every believer will celebrate with Him forever. No more tears. No more struggles. Just joy in God’s presence.

So live ready. Stay close to Jesus. Let your life show that you’re dressed and prepared for the greatest celebration of all time.
