Title: God raises the dead
By: Daniel Peter

And being not weak in faith, he considered not his own body now dead, when he was about an hundred years old, neither yet the deadness of Sara’s womb: Rom. 4:19 KJV
Though we live in the natural world, it is God’s will that we are not limited by things in the natural, but through faith in Him, we can experience and live by His supernatural intervention. Death is one of those things associated with the natural world, and it means an irreversible end to a thing or process.
When death occurs, people tend to lose hope and give up. When I mention death, I don’t just mean it literally, but also in the form of an end to the possibility of something happening. For example, a woman who has reached menopause without a child is considered dead to the possibility of having children. A relationship ending can also be a dead situation. No matter the situation you are facing, God wants you to know that He raises the dead.
This was the basis of His dealings with Abraham and Sarah, whom He gave a child after they had long passed childbearing age. God decided to wait that long before fulfilling His promise to him because He wanted us, the children of Abraham, to see that He can raise the dead. His dealings with Lazarus and the resurrection from the dead of Jesus Christ also affirm the fact.
The key to experiencing the revival of whatever seems dead is hearing from God about the issue. It takes faith to see the dead come back to life, and that faith comes by hearing (Rom. 10:17). Abraham was able to believe God would give Him a child even in old age because he heard God. Jesus Christ told Martha “… if you believe, you will see the glory of God? (John 11:40)”, inferring that Lazarus will come back to life.
Do not stop believing in God for a change in your situation. Seek Him to know His mind concerning your experience. Like Abraham, you too would be a hope to many, through the testimony of God’s intervention in your situation when it seems as though all hope was lost
