I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help.
My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth.
Psalms 121:1-2 KJV
Help from above refers to divine assistance and guidance that comes only from God, not from human effort or strength.
A great preacher once said, “No one who says, God, help me, has ever been denied help by God.” When we sincerely call on Him for help, He is always ready to come through. But remember, you have to ask.
The Bible tells us that God is our ever-present help in times of need (Psalm 46:1). Personally, there have been moments in my life when I cried out for His help, and He never disappointed. Time and time again, He showed up.
Consider the children of Israel in Egypt. They were in bondage, and when they cried out to God, He heard them and sent help. He raised Moses, performed mighty wonders, and delivered them with a strong hand.
I may not know the specific area where you need help today, but I pray that God will show up for you in Jesus’ name.
Your help is from God, not from any man. So put your full trust in Him.
To receive help from above, you must:
Pray – Speak to God sincerely
Trust – Rely fully on His power and timing.
When God steps in to help you, fear disappears, and peace takes over your heart.
So whatever you’re going through, remember: your help comes from above.

Let’s thank God for His word.
Let’s ask Him for the grace to look solely on Him for help.
