Moreover whom He predestined, these He also called; whom He called, these He also justified; and whom He justified, these He also glorified. (Romans 8:30 NKJV)

The agenda of God for our lives is not random. It is a divine progression that was crafted intentionally with love and eternal purpose in mind. Our opening scripture presents a powerful sequence that reveals Godโ€™s master plan for every believer: predestination, calling, justification, and glorification. While each of these stages is very important, today we will focus on the final one, which is glorification.

Glorification is not merely a future event; it is part of what God is doing in you at the moment. In Christ, glorification means being shaped into His image, reflecting His character, and ultimately sharing in His eternal glory. It is the transforming work happening in your life right now. The Holy Spirit is continually moulding you, polishing all the rough edges, and aligning you with the image of Christ.

God does not abandon what He begins. If He predestined you, He called you. If He called you, He justified you. And if He justified you, then glorification is guaranteed. You may feel unfinished, imperfect, and still in process, but heaven already sees the completed version of you. God does not define you by your weaknesses; He defines you by the destiny He designed.

Glorification also reminds us that trials are not wasted. Every challenge, every stretching moment, and every season of waiting is preparing you for glory. Though you may not always see the purpose, God is using all things to conform you to Christ. The pressure you face today is shaping something eternal within you.

As you step out today, remember that you are not simply living through the day; you are living for glory. Godโ€™s agenda for you is greater than survival; it is transformation. Walk with confidence knowing that the One who began this divine work will bring it to completion.

Prayer point:

Let’s thank God for His word today. Let us ask God to strengthen us so we reflect the image of Christ as we journey towards glorification for our lives.
