Outside of the sovereign mercies of God, one major protocol that brings believers into the divers operations in God is alignment. Our opening text shows the state of heart of Ruth when she was having this conversation with Naomi, her mother-in-law. Even though, she was a Moabite, she was already dead to that identity and now saw herself as an Isrealite because of her heart connection and alignment with Naomi. She renounced her nationality and her gods to follow the one true God and become a spiritual Isrealite. So, in essence, aligning with Jesus with the whole of your being opens you up to possibilities never imagined.

Ruth aligned with Naomi and entered into the plan of God. She was allowed the greatest privilege to partake in the genealogy of our Lord Jesus Christ. If we are to reason with logic, one would have thought that God will only allow Isrealites with no mix from any other tribe in the messianic lineage but the order was adjusted to accommodate a woman of alignment. In the sight of all around her, she was a Moabite, but heaven had changed her nationality to conform with the arrangement.

There are divers graces that may not be originally allocated to you but you can enter into because you aligned with the carrier through the Holy Spirit. The distressed men that came to David in the cave of Adullam (1 Sam. 22:2) had their narration changed shortly afterwards to the mighty men of David (2 Sam. 23:8) because of alignment and the same grace upon their master became their inheritance. Our Lord Jesus is the definition of grace because he carried it all and it is in alignment that we are changed into the same image to reflect and be like him (2 Cor. 3:18). Therefore, wisdom speaks and every man that desires a part in God needs to align to reflect His glory like the moon reflects the glory of the sun.

Let us thank God for His word today. Let us ask the Father to give us a heart that easily aligns with Him.
