Title: Do Your God-Given Work

Jesus saith unto them, My meat is to do the will of him that sent me, and to finish his work. JOHN 4:34
Jesus identified something critical about our existence. He said life is not in the abundance of things, not even in food and clothes. He said, “My meat is to do the will of him that sent me, and to finish his work”(John 4:34). He also said we must work while it is day, for night comes when no man can work (John 9:4).
Your work is that specific assignment given to you by God. Those special visions, passions, and burdens He has placed in your heart – start to work on them now.
We will be judged by our works, and it is through our works that we build a legacy worthy in the sight of God, when done according to His ways.
Saints, the world is ours. Let’s start ruling it. If men will not believe in our God, they will believe Him because of our works. For we are called to do even greater works than Christ did.
Prayer Points
- Let’s thank God for His Word today.
- Father, let us work hand in hand with You; help us to build according to Your pattern, that You may be glorified in all we do.
